Ready to use quartz water based primer ideal for indoor and outdoor surfaces. It is used on smooth surfaces where corrosion has to be created to enhance adhesion to materials of high specific gravity such as plasters. It is resistant to alkali and does not prevent the surface from being swept. Improves the appearance, coverage, adhesion and resistance of the plaster.
