Uses

Isocem provides perfect protection of concrete in bridge-building, building construction and tunnels. It is highly suitable for sealing of water permeable cellar walls, balconies, terraces, water permeable basins, clarifying basins and other humid areas, as well as for protection of new and repair of old concrete posts of transmission lines.

Isocem is an environment-friendly coat suitable for inside protection of pipelines intended for transport of drinking water. Due to its electric non-conductivity, it is suitable for external protection of pipes against corrosion.

Isocem can also protect facades that are not resistant to rain. It can be used for coating concrete floors and cement screeds in order to ease maintenance and washing and to prevent dust formation. It is successfully applied in dairies, slaughter-houses, breweries, stables, fodder pits, fertilizer storehouses, paper industry...

Isocem withstands temperature in the range from -50ºC to +300ºC.

Isocem consists of two components: liquid (A) and powder (B). The components are mixed in 1:1,8 ratio. It is applied in a thin coat to concrete, stone, bricks, saltine, timber, reinforcements and cement mortars. It protects from water penetration, frost and a certain number of chemicals.

Chemical resistance

Isocem is resistant to the following chemicals: 20% sodium chloride, magnesium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, 4% lactic acid, mild potassium solution, 25% sodium hydroxide, 2% nitric acid, 5% acetic acid. It is also resistant to beer, fodder and detergents.

Isocem also shows stability and resistance when treated for a longer period of time at standard and high temperature with complex organic compounds such as petrol "Normal", diesel fuel "D2", motor oil " SEA 15-40" and jet airplane fuel "GM-1". When used in accordance with producer's instructions, Isocem allows for minimum resistance time of 5 years.
